At itrustbot, we prioritize fast, reliable shipping to minimize your industrial automation downtime, with warehouse operations Monday-Friday (closed on national holidays). Most orders ship within 2–3 business days; some specific items have a 3–5 day lead time, and we’ll notify you promptly of any unexpected delays.
Free Standard Shipping is available for all non-rush/next-day orders (no minimum purchase). For expedited shipping, we use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for items under 150kg; sea freight or economical options are available for heavy/bulky equipment (contact us to arrange). A $100 flat fee + expedited carrier costs applies for rush orders, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3:00 PM EST.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch): USA & Canada/UK & EU (3–7 business days); Australia & New Zealand (4–8 business days); Rest of the World (7–12 business days). Times are estimates only—carrier/customs delays may occur.
Return
Return Windows: Notify us within 30 days of delivery for wrong/defective items (our error); within 14 days for incorrect orders/unwanted items (customer error).
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original received condition, and in unopened original packaging. Opened factory boxes are non-returnable unless the item is defective (sealed boxes opened cannot be resold as new).
