This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage itrustbot provides for our industrial automation parts. Since we specialize in surplus and refurbished hardware, we offer our own independent warranty to ensure your operations stay up and running.

 

Warranty Policy

At itrustbot, we stand behind the reliability of the parts we sell. Because we are an independent provider of industrial automation components, our products do not come with a manufacturers warranty. Instead, we provide a robust itrustbot Warranty that is often more direct and easier to claim.

 

1. Warranty Periods

We offer different levels of coverage based on the condition of the product:

New Sealed Products: Guaranteed for 1 Years from the date of purchase.

Refurbished/Used Products: Guaranteed for 6 Months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

 

2. What is Covered?

Our warranty covers hardware defects and malfunctions under normal operating conditions. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will:

Replace the item with a like-for-like product (subject to availability).

Refund the full purchase price if a replacement is not available.

 

3. What is Not Covered? (Warranty Exclusions)

The warranty will be considered void if the defect is caused by:

Improper Use: Incorrect installation, using the wrong voltage, or failing to follow user manuals.

Unauthorized Changes: Tampering, removing factory seals, or repair attempts by unqualified personnel.

External Factors: Damage from power surges, fire, flooding, or natural disasters.

Software/Licensing: We sell hardware. Any software, firmware, or "right-to-use" licenses required for the hardware are the responsibility of the customer to obtain from the manufacturer.

 

4. Important Disclaimers

Not an Authorized Distributor: itrustbot is not an authorized distributor or representative for the brands featured on our site (such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.). All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

Independent Coverage: This warranty is provided solely by itrustbot and is independent of any original manufacturer warranty.

 

5. How to Make a Claim

To keep your downtime to a minimum, we use a simple pre-assessment process:

Contact Us: Email info@itrustbot.com with your order number.

Provide Evidence: Include the brand, model, serial number, a brief description of the failure, and a few photos or a short video showing the issue.

RMA: Once we review the evidence, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the shipping address for the return.

Inspection: Once the item is received and the fault is verified, we will ship your replacement or issue a refund immediately.

 

6. Shipping Costs

For verified warranty claims (defective items), we will cover the costs associated with shipping the replacement part to you.

The customer is responsible for shipping the faulty unit back to our warehouse for inspection.
