Shipping policy

At itrustbot, we know that in the world of industrial automation, every hour of downtime counts. Our goal is to get your parts to you as quickly and reliably as possible so your production stays on track.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Our team is dedicated to getting your order ready as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). This processing period refers to the time from when your order is placed until it is prepared, packed, and handed over to our shipping carriers. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends.

 

2. Shipping Options & Costs

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders that do not require rush or next-day delivery. No minimum purchase is required.

Express & Economy: We primarily use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for items under 100kg to ensure speed. For heavy or bulky equipment, we can arrange sea freight or more economical optionsjust contact us to coordinate.

 

3. Estimated Transit Time

Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, the estimated transit time for all destinations is 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries are typically made from Monday to Friday. Please keep in mind that shipping time refers specifically to the duration the package is in transit from our facility to your doorstep.

4. Total Delivery Time

To help you plan accordingly, the total estimated time to receive your order is 4 to 8 business days. This total duration combines both our internal processing time and the carrier's transit time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to almost every country worldwide (except for regions currently under sanctions or active conflict).

Duties & Taxes: For most international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local authority. These are not included in our price.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For certain items, we may ship via a DDP basis to the US, meaning duties are handled by our fulfillment partners. We will clarify this during the checkout process if applicable.

Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by your countrys customs department.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched.

Note: It can take 23 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Multiple Packages: To get your items to you faster, parts of the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate boxes.

 

7. Address Changes & PO Boxes

PO Boxes: We can only ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) via standard postal services. Courier services (DHL/FedEx) require a physical address.

Address Changes: We can update your delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched. Once its on the move, we cannot redirect it, and any loss resulting from an incorrect address becomes the buyer's responsibility.

 

8. Damages & Shipping Liability

All shipments are FOB Shipping, meaning the risk of loss passes to the buyer once we hand the package to the carrier.

Inspection: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please reject it or document the damage with the driver immediately.

Issues: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, or if it is significantly overdue, contact us so we can start an investigation with the courier.
