2. Ordering & Stock
How do I know if a part is in stock?
Availability is listed on each product page. "In Stock" items are ready to ship immediately. If an item says "Upon Order," please contact us for the current lead time.
Can I get a quote for bulk orders?
Yes! If you need a large quantity of a specific part, please email info@itrustbot.com with the part numbers and quantities. We will get back to you with a customized wholesale quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Bank Transfers (T/T).
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your data, and we never store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Returns & Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind our parts. Most new and refurbished products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Some new-sealed items may even qualify for extended coverage. Check our Warranty Policy for full details.
How do I return a product?
If you need to return an item, please email info@itrustbot.com with your order number to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Do not ship items back without an RMA, as they may be rejected by our warehouse.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If the box looks damaged upon arrival, please note it with the courier or refuse the delivery. Take photos of the packaging and the part, and contact us immediately so we can ship a replacement.
5. Product Compatibility
Are your parts compatible with major brands like Siemens or Allen-Bradley?
Yes. We sell authentic parts from major manufacturers. Compatibility is usually listed in the product description. If you are unsure if a part will fit your specific system, just email us—we’re happy to help you verify the specifications before you buy.
