Free Standard Shipping is available for all non-rush/next-day orders (no minimum purchase). Return
Return Windows: Notify us within 30 days of delivery for wrong/defective items (our error); within 14 days for incorrect orders/unwanted items (customer error).
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original received condition, and in unopened original packaging. Opened factory boxes are non-returnable unless the item is defective (sealed boxes opened cannot be resold as new).
